Thermoviscous hydrodynamics in nondegenerate dipolar Bose gases

We present a hydrodynamic model of ultracold, but not yet quantum condensed, dipolar Bosonic gases. Such systems both $s$-wave and scattering, the latter which results in anisotropic transport tensors thermal conductivity viscosity. This work presents an analytic derivation viscosity tensor coefficients, utilizing methods established [Wang et al., arXiv:2205.10465], where conductivities were derived. Taken together, these then permit comprehensive description hydrodynamics that is now embellished with anisotropy. An analysis attenuation linear waves illustrates effect this anisotropy fluids, we find clear dependence on dipole orientation relative to direction wave propagation.
